How Invictus Works

From Enquiry to Arranged Work

One connected process — from your first enquiry to your installer arriving on site.

01

Tell Us What You Need

Contact TEC about a repair, installation, battery upgrade, EPS or backup power addition, replacement or other renewable energy project.

02

We Prepare Your Job

Our team reviews the requirements, identifies missing information and prepares the opportunity for suitable registered installers.

03

Installers Submit Offers

Registered installers review the available job and technical information, then submit their proposed rates and pricing.

04

Choose Your Installer

Compare the offers side by side and select the proposal that best suits your needs.

05

Arrange the Work

Following acceptance, you and your installer coordinate availability and make arrangements directly.

06

TEC Remains Available

We can assist with technical questions, commissioning, DNO documentation and issues arising during the project where appropriate.

For Customers

Find a Trusted Installer

Get in touch about your project and our team will review it with you — resolving anything we can remotely first. If physical work or new equipment is needed, we prepare the opportunity and put it in front of suitable registered installers, who each submit their own proposal.

You compare the offers side by side and choose the installer you wish to proceed with. Once you accept, you and your installer coordinate the work directly.

Installer Review

A Reviewed Installer Network

We aim to build a network of capable, reliable renewable energy professionals through an installer review and approval process — looking at experience and standards before granting access to the platform.

Your choice stays yours

Approval means an installer has passed our review process — it doesn't guarantee any particular outcome on your job, and you always retain the choice of which installer to appoint.

Prepared, not rushed

We gather the details, equipment information and site context before jobs are released, so installers quote on facts rather than guesswork.

More Than a Job Board

Technical & Administrative Support Throughout

We're renewable energy specialists first — our team is available at every stage of your project, including DNO application and notification assistance where appropriate. (TEC does not assume the installer's legal or regulatory responsibilities.)

Before the work

Technical diagnosis
Understanding your existing equipment
Defining the job requirements
Identifying compatibility issues
Helping prepare documentation

During the work

Remote technical assistance
Installation & commissioning troubleshooting
Advice on unexpected equipment issues
Coordination support where required

After the work

Outstanding technical questions
Fault investigations
Remedial work assessment
Assistance where workmanship concerns arise
Independent technical reports where appropriate

Commercial Transparency

How the Commercial Side Works

We facilitate the introduction, job preparation and coordination. Where we have a commercial involvement in a project, our role is made clear — we're not an escrow service or a dispute-resolution body.

TEC facilitates job preparation, introductions and coordination — we are not the installation contractor.
Installers submit their own proposed prices. TEC does not set them.
You choose whether to accept an offer, and which installer to appoint.
TEC does not process installation payments — you and your installer agree payment arrangements directly.
The responsible contracting party for the installation is the installer you appoint.
TEC's own technical or administrative services may be separately chargeable.
Installer approval does not guarantee workmanship or project outcomes.
Your information is shared with installers only in line with our privacy notice and the platform's process.
